Brest Pavilion

The views from the Brest Pavilion can be considered the most beautiful in all of Lahemaa National Park.
This classicist open-air pavilion supported by pillars was built in the second half of the 19th century when the manor was owned by Alexander von der Pahlen.

It is named after the Brest Maritime Fortress at the top of the Brittany peninsula.
Why?
Because it is known that Carl Magnus von der Pahlen took part in the wars against Napoleon as a major general of the Russian cavalry.
